Rwanda Tailor-made Gorilla Safaris
At World Primate Safaris we specialise in tailor making indicidual itineraries to meet our clients specific requirements. Rwanda does have a lot to offer both from a cultural and wildlife perspective, but it is true to say that at the moment most Rwanda Safaris concentrate primarily on gorilla tracking safaris.
A typical Rwandan safari visits the Parc National des Volcans for two days and offers two opportunities to track the mountain gorillas. We always recommend a minimum of two gorilla tracking permits just in case the gorillas have moved off to a different area. To date we hvae a 100% success rate of tracking gorillas in both Uganda and Rwanda! A four day safari can cost between £1,500 and £3,500 per person sharing depending on which Rwandan Accommodation you wish to stay in. Tracking the gorillas in Rwanda also combines well as an extension to a Tanzania Safari or a beach holiday to Zanzibar.
Longer tailor-made Rwandan safaris can also combine the beautiful Akagera National Park, tracking the chimpanzees in Nyungwe Forest or even a Uganda Safari.
